Payment terms
Pay in full to start production. This speeds approvals and protects your event date. We accept card, ACH, and wire. Tax-exempt orders are supported with proper documentation. Lead times begin after both payment and proof approval.
Returns and quality
Custom products are final sale. If anything arrives with a defect, tell us within the claim window below and include photos. We will make it right with a remake or a credit based on your timeline. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the order was not delivered.
Claim window
Report any issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.
What counts as a defect
Defects include wrong artwork, decoration outside normal placement tolerances, material flaws, or counts that fall outside the variance described below. Color shown on screens or from nonvector art may differ from the final product and is not considered a defect. Wear and tear is not covered.
Color and sizing notes
We can match brand colors with Pantone callouts during proofing. Minor shade differences may occur between fabric lots. Garment sizing can vary slightly by style and mill. Small variances are normal and not considered defects.
Pre production sample approval
You will receive branded mockups for review. One physical pre production sample is produced and shared with photos for approval. After you approve the sample, no design changes can be made. Production timelines start only after sample approval and full payment.
Order count variance
Manufacturing can produce a small overage or shortage per size or color. A variance of up to 5 percent is considered normal. We order a few extra units on our end to help minimize shortages.
• If we ship fewer units than ordered within this variance, we will issue a pro rata credit.
• If we ship more units within this variance, you keep the extras at no charge.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before the physical sample is created. Any design time or special materials may be deducted from your refund. After the sample is created, payments become nonrefundable. After production starts, the full balance is due and the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping
Standard and rush options are available. First time customers receive 50 percent off standard shipping. Shipping method and cost are confirmed on your quote. Carrier or customs delays are outside our control. Tell us your event date before payment so we can confirm feasibility in writing.
How to start a claim
Email info@benjaminbowers.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We will confirm next steps within one business day.
