Shipping policy

Overview

We ship custom orders worldwide with standard and rush options. Shipping time is separate from production time. Production typically takes 35 to 40 business days. Standard shipping averages 15-20 business days. Rush shipping averages 3 to 5 business days. All timelines are estimates until confirmed in writing on your quote.

What starts the clock

Shipping and production timelines begin after both payment and proof approval. If either item is pending, the order does not move forward.

Shipping options

  • Standard parcel service for most orders

  • Rush parcel service when timelines are tight

  • LTL freight or palletized shipment for larger orders when it is safer or more economical

First time customers receive 50 percent off standard shipping. The discount and final method are shown on your quote.

Tracking and delivery

You receive tracking when the order leaves our facility. Title and risk of loss transfer when the order is tendered to the carrier. Signature on delivery is available on request.

Address changes

Address changes after payment may affect cost and timing. If a package is undeliverable or refused, re shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

International shipments, customs, and duties

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid unless stated otherwise in writing. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees. Customs or carrier delays do not entitle cancellation or compensation. We will provide documents and reasonable assistance.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

Carrier or customs delays are outside our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days so we can open a claim and resolve it quickly. Email info@benjaminbowers.shop with your order number, photos, and a short description.

Counts and variance

Manufacturing can create a small overage or shortage by size or color. A variance of up to 5 percent is considered normal. If we ship fewer units than ordered within this variance, we will credit the difference. If we ship extras within this variance, you keep them at no charge.

Packaging

Goods are packed to protect decoration and shape. Specialty packing, poly bagging by size, and retail style presentation are available on request and will be reflected on your quote.

Event dates

Tell us your event date before payment so we can confirm feasibility in writing. We schedule production and shipping to meet the confirmed date whenever possible.
